It depends on the job, which is why we give a free, no obligation estimate before any work starts. You will know the price before we pick up a tool, and it does not change partway through because something took longer than we thought. Call or fill out the form and we will set up a visit.
Ocala water comes out of a limestone aquifer, and the city already softens it at the treatment plant. It still arrives mineral heavy compared with what most people expect. Whether a softener is worth it depends on your fixtures, your water heater and how much scale you are actually fighting. We can look at your system and tell you straight.
It is worth a look. Homes built between 1978 and the middle of 1995 often have polybutylene supply lines, which are usually grey plastic and fail without warning. Not every home from that era has it. An inspection takes very little time and tells you whether you are on a clock or not.
We do. Homes from the 1880 to 1930 era usually have galvanized supply lines and cast iron drains, and they often have decades of previous repairs layered on top. We work carefully in older houses and will tell you plainly when a repair makes sense and when a section replacement is the better use of your money.
